1.i. The purchase of these tickets entitle you to entry into the club only on the dates you have requested. These tickets do not include flights, transfers or accommodation.
1.ii. We will only discuss bookings with the group leader, not with other persons in the group.
1.iii. We will only respond to e-mails from the group leader on the e-mail address supplied at the time of booking. If there is a mistake in the e-mail address or should you need to change it, you are permitted to change it once. Any further changes will be subject to an administration fee of GBP 10.00.
1.iv. Should you require a name change then this must be done via e-mail.
1.v. You are permitted one name change per group. Any subsequent changes will be liable to an administration fee of GBP 10.00.
1.vi. We recommend that all persons take out travel insurance.
1.vii. Once the booking has been made there will be no offer of refund if you are unable to attend the event.
1.viii. INNOVATION accepts no responsibility for flight delays or cancellations.
1.ix. If any person is found to be causing major distress, damage or danger to anyone or themselves they will be immediately excluded from all events and no refund offered. We will not accept any responsibility for consequences incurred.
1.x. INNOVATION accepts no responsibility for any property lost, damaged or stolen during the period of this event.
1.xi. CCTV with facial recognition technology will be installed in all venues.
1.xii. Artist line up is fully confirmed and correct at the time of going to print. We cannot be held responsible for artist no shows, however we will endeavour to get a credible replacement.
1.xiii. We will not be liable to you for any unforeseeable losses.
1.xiv. By submitting your booking you are agreeing for us to use your personal details for the purposes of future ‘in house’ promotions.
1.xv. We will be excused performance of any of our obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limit; industrial disputes, war, flood, natural disaster and changes in legislation.
1.xvi. We may add new terms at any time by posting on the website www.innovation.gb.com or www.innovationinthedam.com
1.xvii. All the terms and conditions set out herewith apply to the group leader and all persons that are in the group.
1.xviii. All paid monies are non refundable except in the case of event cancellation unless caused by industrial dispute, war, flood, natural disaster or changes in legislation.
1.xx. By submitting your booking you are agreeing for us to film or photo you for future promo, video or web publications
2.i. No cheque payments will be accepted for club only tickets.
2.ii. All payments & bookings must be received by 4th November 2011.
2.iii. We will only accept 1 credit card or 1 bank transfer payment for each group booking.
2.iv. Any payments made via bank transfer must include and cover all transaction charges.
3.i. THIS IS AN OVER 18's ONLY EVENT
3.ii. If you are not in receipt of your club ticket at time of entry then you will not be allowed entry unless you purchase a new ticket on the door.
3.iii. Stringent searches will be carried out on every re-entry of the club
3.iv. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. pre rolled joints and "class a" are not allowed and will be confiscated.
3.v. Innovation has no jurisdiction over the venues security decisions. Right Of Admission is Reserved.
